	Hard cover hinged carrying case included. Other manufacturers charge an additional $35 to $50 just for the case. In addition, the HL-100 case is designed so you can weigh with the scale in the case. Comparable 0.01 gram scales like the Acculab VIC-212 or Ohaus SP200 sell an optional carrying case and the scale in positioned in a cavity of foam. The problem with this design is it is hard to access the keypad and difficult to see the display. All these issues have been eliminate with A&D's carefully thought out design.

	Bubble spirit indicator. To ensure peak performance with any scale it is always best to place the scale on a firm level surface and the bubble level can instantly tell you if your scale is level. The Ohaus Scout Series and Acculab VI-Series don't have a bubble indicator, but the more expensive Acculab VICON Series does come with the spirit bubble.

*Cal. Mass (optional)	The manufacture's spec calls out for a 100 g or 50 g ASTM class 1 calibration mass with a tolerance of ± 0.002g. We offer these tighter tolerance calibration masses for $65 and $70 respectively here. Our offer for package B & D combines the HL-100 with a ASTM class 6 100 gram calibration mass and has a tolerance of ±0.010 grams. Other 0.01 gram scales like the Ohaus SP202 come with a ASTM class 6 calibration mass. We are addressing this issue so that we don't misrepresent what is called out in A&D manual. If you want we stock and will gladly sell you the higher cost Class 1 mass, but for the majority of our audience the ASTM class 6 mass will work just fine.
